Duties

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Train new staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods. Handle customer feedback professionally, making adjustments to improve overall dining experiences.
