Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef specializing in Greek Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences while supervising kitchen staff and managing daily operations.

Working Days : Tuesday to Saturday

Working Hours : 12:00 - 22:00

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen equipment usage. Assist in the planning of special events and catering services as required.

Skills

Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Proven experience with Greek cuisine Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and management.
