What you'll do:
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring the highest culinary standards
Design, develop, and execute premium Indian menus with seasonal influence
Train and inspire the kitchen team to consistently deliver excellence
Manage food cost, waste, and kitchen budgets efficiently
Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining or premium Indian restaurant
Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisine and modern presentation styles
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, high-expectation environment
Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
