L20 Hotel School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef Lecturer to join our Hospitality & Catering team. This is your opportunity to shape the future of aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals in a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking college.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality, engaging teaching materials using both physical and digital resources. Integrate technology and the College's virtual learning environment to support independent learning. Stay current with industry trends, curriculum standards, and assessment requirements. Maximise learning by starting lessons promptly and using all teaching time effectively. Foster a focused, ambitious learning environment aligned with curriculum goals. Coordinate with Academic Support Workers to enhance teaching and assessment. Use assessment data to tailor lessons and ensure meaningful learner progress. Contribute to quality assurance processes, including course reviews and self-assessment.

Criteria

Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant area. Cert Ed or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching at Level 3 or above. Strong subject knowledge and industry experience in Hospitality. Possess sufficient breadth and/or depth of specialist knowledge in Hospitality to teach on a range of established programmes.
