We are seeking a passionate Chef to run our kitchen! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. You'll be confident working on your own, and running the kitchen as a whole.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
