Chef Manager

to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

As a

Chef Manager

you'll:

Deliver all food services to agreed client standards through effective team management Manage budgets, financial documentation, and reporting accurately Oversee food quality, hygiene, and safety from preparation through to delivery Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements Lead, motivate, and develop catering staff in line with Sodexo policies Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with the on-site client

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing a kitchen or catering operation Strong understanding of financial management and budget control Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and health & safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Passion for food, service excellence, and continuous improvement Relevant qualifications in catering and health & safety
