Chef Manager

Due to Business growth, we are looking for an experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef ready to take on a Chef Manager role with a better work / life balance. Operations Manager

Salary:

32,000 p.a- 34,000. with a Bonus incentive at the end of the term

Hours:

40 Hours, Mon - Fri

Major Duties:

Food preparation and cooking Must have great kitchen skills and be able to produce quality food in high volumes to high standards. You will be working with high quality fresh ingredients from the best Welsh suppliers to deliver fantastic quality meals. Ensuring food safety is adhered to Working with app ordering systems Work to company KPIs' and systems & procedures, The ability to manage GP margins, costs, wastage, stock control and ordering, Working as part of a team and supervising a team of staff Flexibility
