Join Our Culinary Team - Chef Manager Wanted

Location: Dale Barracks, Chester, CH2 4BD

Pay: 13.42/hour

Hours: 37.5 (5 days over 7, including occasional weekends)

Shifts: Between 06:30 and 19:00 - enjoy your free evenings!

What You'll Do:

Prepare hot and cold food for the deli grab & go and hot counter food service for both breakfast and lunchtime. Organise and coordinate fine dining and hospitality events. Train and mentor, all team members. Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records. Placing orders and stock rotation, carrying out regular stock takes and completing the relevant back-office paperwork. Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.

What We're Looking For:

Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent). Team player with effective communication skills. Confident, flexible, and innovative. Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).
