What You'll Do:
Lead kitchen operations day-to-day: from prep to service
Create fresh, seasonal, plant-based menus
Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
Uphold food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
Train and motivate a small, friendly team
Work closely with the cafe manager to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a
Chef Manager
,
Sous Chef
, or
Senior Chef
in a cafe or casual dining setting
Passion for vegan cooking (you don't have to be vegan, just love the food!)
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Confident managing food costs and kitchen systems
Reliable, calm under pressure, and a great communicator

Hours:
Full-time, Mostly 8am-6pm
Salary:
45k-50k
