are seeking a

Chef Manager

. Your primary focus will be to bring your passion and ideas to the kitchen, alongside fantastic team leadership, kitchen management and exceptional front and back-of-house skills!

What you will receive as a Chef Manager;



14.44 per hour

37.5 hours

per week

8 hour shifts

, 7am-3pm, 5 days a week Based in Nottingham -

NG5 2AT


What you will be doing as a Kitchen Manager;



Supporting, encouraging and inspiring the team to ensure residents' needs are met and a friendly, supportive working environment is established Liaising with the Home Manager when planning/costing menus to provide a balanced nutritious diet, and make the best use of available fresh foods Implement, monitor and maintain cleaning schedules, joining in with the washing up of pots, pans, and dishes and ensuring the kitchen is immaculate Actively engaging with residents in conversation and meaningful activities related to their lifestyle choices, understanding their likes/dislikes and beliefs. To cater for ad hoc functions held within the home i.e. Home parties, resident birthday celebrations, etc. To comply with all Health and Safety regulations including Food Hygiene and C.O.S.H.H. regulations and ensure compliance from all kitchen staff.

What you will need to be successful as a Kitchen Manager;



Previous experience in catering for a minimum of 25 covers Fantastic leadership and management skills NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Food Preparation and a current Food Hygiene certificate COSHH training and understanding of HACCP Have caring, calm and compassionate nature, with the ability to communicate with others on various levels
