Are you a passionate and adaptable chef looking for a step into Management? We're looking for a Chef Manager to step in and support our kitchen operation. Along with Supporting the Head Chef to elevate the food offering you will also report to our General manager and support with the day to day tasks such as, Checking and verifying Due diligence records, Supporting with quality controls across a large and fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead kitchen teams across different sites, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, stepping in during absence or peak periods Manage stock, orders, and kitchen budgets efficiently Train and support kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role Flexibility to travel and adapt to new kitchen environments Strong communication, organisational, and people management skills Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certifications Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential


Additional Information



Hours Per Week: 37.50


Salary: Up to 39,000
