We are a brand-new Bistro in the heart of Prescot. We have an exciting opportunity join a brand-new kitchen team. We are a new bistro hiring a whole kitchen. We require head chef, chefs and kitchen assistant
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Work as part of kitchen team to foster a collaborative team environment.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Proficiency in food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation skills.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Level 2 + food hygiene
Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Shift Pattern: Opening Hours:
Wednesday- Thursday 4-9
Friday -Saturday 10-9
Sunday 10-6
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.44-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
