Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar supervisory position within the restaurant industry. Or an experienced chef looking to make the next step into kitchen management.
Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Experience in hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous barista experience is advantageous but not essential.
Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
