Responsibilities
- Assisting the kitchen Manager in food production and preparation
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
- Contribute creative ideas to menu planning and development
- Oversee kitchen operations during service hours
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- complete necessary daily paperwork and admin
