Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Assist with menu preparation and contribute ideas for specials. Manage your section efficiently and support colleagues when needed. Help monitor stock levels and reduce waste.

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Chef

is desirable, but not mandatory Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to perform well under pressure and in a busy environment. Positive attitude and team-player mentality. Passion for good food and delivering great dining experiences. Culinary qualifications are a plus but not essential.
