to join our friendly, experienced team for matchdays and events. This flexible role includes evening and weekend shifts and involves preparing and serving food for up to 300 guests. You'll need to be enthusiastic, presentable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in banqueting, event catering, or snack-style menus is a bonus, but not essential.
Responsibilities
Support the existing team of chefs with food preparation and service
Cook high-quality meals in line with set menus and specifications
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Experience
Previous experience as a chef or in a similar hospitality role
Confident in a variety of cooking techniques and familiar with different ingredients and cuisines
Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and safe kitchen practices
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A genuine passion for great food and excellent customer service
Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
