Duties

Ensure efficient food preparation and service. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste and quality. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment. Implement and uphold food safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary trends. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts and innovation. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
