Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including sourdough pizza's and street food.
Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in all menu items.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure that all meals are served promptly and to the highest standards of presentation.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Excellent team management skills, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Proficient in cooking methods across various cuisines.
Knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service standards.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, motivating staff to perform at their best.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the kitchen setting.
Previous experience is highly desirable.
Ability to serve dishes with attention to detail and presentation quality.
