You'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes, leading the kitchen team, and contributing to menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of food preparation and service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Supervise, support, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness
Collaborate on seasonal menu planning with a focus on creativity and cost control
Train and onboard new team members in kitchen procedures and best practices
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and supplier management
Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements to the menu
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years of experience as a Chef
in a professional kitchen
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Solid understanding of food safety standards and kitchen compliance
Confident in a range of cooking techniques and cuisines
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Calm under pressure and committed to consistency
Passion for good food, fresh ingredients, and great presentation
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
