Job Description
At The Acorn, we're looking to invest in a chef with a passion for local produce. We are looking for someone to run our usual cafe brunch and lunch service on Sundays and Mondays, alongside other potential ad hoc shifts. Including Friday evenings (bistro service/supper clubs) for the right candidate.

Duties
- Prepare and cook meals efficiently
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service
- Monitor food stock levels and add to order lists as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- Follow food safety and allergen guidelines
Requirements
- Kitchen experience
- Knowledge of local food and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
