Our award wining gastro pub is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our brigade.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume kitchen, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient service.
Assist in menu planning and food production to meet customer expectations.
Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard, as well as assisting our michelin trained head chef with daily operations.
This is a full-time position and requires availability to work evenings and weekends.
