Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices.
Create new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Ensure that all dishes are served at the correct temperature and presentation standards.
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
