We are seeking a skilled and motivated chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner to meet customer demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation, adhering to food safety regulations
Assist with inventory checks and notify management when stock needs replenishing
Support training of new team members in food preparation, safety procedures, and service standards
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness within the kitchen environment
Collaborate with fellow chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills
Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
Skilled in food preparation techniques and culinary presentation
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
A passion for culinary arts with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes consistently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21-13.25 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
