As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while supervising kitchen operations and leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specifications. Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to in the kitchen. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Assist in menu planning, including the development of new recipes and seasonal offerings. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Monitor kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness and organisation at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation. Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in the kitchen. A background in hospitality, with an understanding of customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.03 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
