With the launch of The Grill and Tavern in March 2023, we are poised to become the leading culinary destinations in the Cotswolds. This initiative builds on Chef Martin and his team's outstanding success at our sister hotel, Chewton Glen in Hampshire, where they created an award-winning menu for The Kitchen Restaurant Cookery School since its inception in 2017.
