Responsibilities

Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with team members to create innovative dishes that delight customers. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Assist in the planning and execution of special events or catering services.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar food production environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen management. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Excellent culinary skills with a focus on food preparation techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
