Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Oversee food presentation to ensure visual appeal and quality
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their culinary skills
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
Requirements
Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent culinary skills with a creative flair for developing innovative dishes
Experience in restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and hospitality services
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering is highly desirable
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
