The Opportunity
Alongside earning a salary of 37,500 per annum, you'll join a 16-month training programme designed to build your technical expertise and professional confidence.
You'll rotate through placements across the nuclear lifecycle - from design and construction to operation and decommissioning. You'll work on real-world projects, gain exposure to advanced reactor systems, and receive protected training time for courses such as Nuclear Fundamentals and Safety Culture. You'll also be supported to begin your journey towards chartership with the Royal Society of Chemistry or other relevant professional bodies.
