The Mission: Grow the Client Base. Close Deals. Shape the Future.
As our Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be the first and most important touchpoint for prospective clients. You'll have full freedom and flexibility to build out the acquisition playbook, drive conversations, and win business - your way.
Your impact will include:
Leading our client acquisition strategy and team
from pipelines to optimisations to messaging, driving company growth
Owning lead generation
by identifying and attracting the right prospects through smart outreach, partnerships, and networking
Driving business development
through building strong relationships, tracking performance, and relentlessly pursuing high-value opportunities
Leading discovery and proposals
, crafting winning conversations, presenting compelling value, and guiding clients from interest to contract and beyond
Work directly with your C-suite members
to ensure seamless handoff, and long-term client success and satisfaction
Contribute to business development, improvement & strategic thinking
by taking part in our leadership meetings, contributing new and exciting ideas, and working with the board and leadership teams to propel Immixtus to new heights

What You'll Bring
5+ years in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency or startup experience a big plus)
A track record of turning leads into actualrevenue
Confidence in high-level strategy AND ground-level hustle
A persuasive, personable style - you know how to earn trust fast
CRM & lead tracking experience - you love working to KPIs
Bonus: knowledge of digital marketing (enough to speak the language and sell with credibility)
