Job Description

As CEO, you will be the strategic and operational heart of the organisation, responsible for:

Vision & Leadership

Shaping and articulating a compelling long-term vision Building on the current momentum with fresh strategic direction Representing the organisation with authenticity and authority
Growth & Partnerships

Expanding the reach and relevance of the Club nationally and internationally Building strategic partnerships with sponsors, government, and corporate stakeholders Diversifying income streams and driving commercial sustainability
Community & Culture

Leading with empathy, inclusivity, and purpose Supporting and growing our network of club leaders, members, and ambassadors Maintaining the community-driven ethos that makes us unique
Operational Oversight

Managing a small, remote team with clarity and compassion Overseeing budgets, reporting, and key business operations Embracing technology and innovation to scale impact efficiently

About You



You are someone who thrives in purpose-led leadership and brings:

Proven experience in leading a business, non-profit, or membership-based organisation A deep passion for women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community building Strong communication and storytelling skills, both online and in person Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be hands-on and strategic Commercial and operational acumen to drive sustainable growth A collaborative, people-first leadership style
Bonus points if you have:

Experience scaling a community-driven organisation Background in coaching, business development, or event management Existing connections in the UK's business ecosystem for women
