We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right-hand partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO's time is effectively managed and prioritized, enabling smooth coordination across senior leadership and external stakeholders. You'll also handle complex scheduling across multiple time zones, manage communications, and support the smooth running of leadership operations.
Act as a support partner to the CEO, ensuring their schedule and priorities are optimized.
