Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly charismatic and dynamic individual to take the lead in all our classes and services throughout the year, whilst also setting a high standard for the rest of the TARKA team. This Full Time position demands excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as endless energy and a passion for sport, education and child development.

Key Responsibilities:

Running classes: The main responsibility of this role will be leading TARKA classes and parties to the highest standard. Curriculum Development: Work closely with the Head of Product to help design energetic games with our specialized kit and equipment and update the 'TARKA bible'. Instructor Training: Assist the Head of Product in newcomer instructor training sessions, enhancing the quality of the rest of the staff. Quality Assurance: Ensure all services and classes lead by the other instructors meet our high standards. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the instructor team. Logistics Support:Assist the Head of Logistics with kit movement and management, alongside class and camp logistics. Class and Holiday Camp Sales: You'll be comfortable and confident selling upcoming classes and camps to our clients. You'll be given access to our CRM system with the responsibility of contacting previous and interested parents to join TARKA sessions.

Would be great if:

You hold a full UK driving license You are a recent graduate or Masters Student studying in Sport, Children's Education or Development or have a strong interest in the above Prior experience in a sales role or client facing sales position
