Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is a vibrant and dynamic organisation. We provide acute and complex services at our hospital (East Surrey Hospital) in Redhill. In addition, we provide a range of outpatient, diagnostic and less complex planned services at Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Health Centre in Surrey and at Crawley and Horsham Hospitals in West Sussex. We are one of the region's busiest providers of healthcare and are part of the new Surrey and Sussex ICB cluster.

We are seeking to appoint our new Chief Nursing Officer to take forward the nursing and AHP leadership of our Trust at this pivotal time. We are seeking an experienced nurse leader who will play a key role, bringing vision and ambition to lead the delivery of outstanding clinical services that effectively respond to the challenges we face. The successful candidate will be able to inspire change and innovation on the ground and will understand and live our culture and values. They will also be effective in influencing and shaping collaborative and team-based working both inside and outside our Trust.
