  • Project Management - development and construction, product assembly/ readiness, delivery and implementation - monitoring of active systems / ongoing performance

  • Energy network team - Ongoing product collection, distribution and resale

  • Sector - Agriculture / construction machinery or alternative energy production
  • Skills - Senior Operations leadership, Operations Director or COO - Senior Operations and business leadership experience working as an Operations Director / COO - the "operation" includes, product assembly, project management, product delivery / technical installation, IT systems development, and ongoing product motoring. Gaining ISO accreditation and responsible for Health and Safety as a company wide non-negotiable
  • Gaining ISO accreditation experience
  • Health and Safety as a non negotiable critical success factor
  • Ambition and aptitude to progress to CEO role
  • Demonstrate considerable emotional intelligence in leadership - Currently a small organisation with a corporate parent on a rapid growth journey, delivering technical alternative energy solutions in the agricultural sector. Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders. On a journey from "tech focussed" start up to commercialising the solution.
  • Ability to understand the technical product offering and the people involved
  • Scale up and business growth experience - currently c50 heads and forecast to double in size each year in the next 12 months
