Chief Operations Officer (coo)

Remote, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Remote (UK) | Flexible Hours | Commission + Strategic Equity-Based Position

YOUR CHANCE TO BUILD A COMPANY THAT WILL CHANGE HOW MARKETING IS DONE - FOREVER.

Immixtus Marketing is tearing up the traditional agency rulebook and replacing it with something smarter, leaner, and 100x more effective for small and growing businesses.

We've created a model that guarantees ROI - yes, really... we're already proving it with a fast-growing client base and an operational engine that's begging for someone like YOU to supercharge it.

Within a matter of months, we generated a pipeline worth over

200k

. That's when we knew: it's time to assemble, and find the final pieces of our

unstoppable team

.

Now we're looking for a results-driven

Chief Operations Officer

to fill out our leadership team - someone who's ready to be our acquisition powerhouse, leading the charge, building our client base, and helping us dominate the UK market before we expand globally.

This is a rare equity-firstopportunity with real ownership, revenue share, and commission upside, for someone who's ready to step up as a co-architect of something huge.

What Makes This Opportunity So Damn Exciting?

It's early.

You'll be joining at the ground level, not just helping to shape the business - but owning a piece of it.

It's meaningful.

We're giving small businesses a fighting chance by offering elite marketing performance at a fraction of the cost. You'll be empowering real entrepreneurs to grow - and win.

It's rewarding.

You're not trading time for money here. You're earning equity, revenue share, and commission for helping us scale. This is true skin-in-the-gameleadership.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is your chance to walk in as a

co-owner level partner

, not an employee.
