Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

co-owner
of the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
OutsourceXtra has the foundations of something great - but it needs the right leadership to scale and thrive. Our CEO,
Alex Douglas
, is assembling a c-suite team to unlock the company's full potential, and the CSO will be a critical piece of that vision.
As
CSO
, you will:
Own the entire sales strategy and execution from the ground up
Lead by example - from closing deals to building scalable processes
Work closely with the CEO and other c-suite co-owners to shape direction and growth
Build and manage client pipelines, partnerships, and revenue channels
Collaborate with marketing and customer success to tighten the growth loop
Be willing to step on camera - and be one of the public faces of OutsourceXtra
Jump in and do the groundwork when needed - no ivory tower vibes here
Join regular strategy calls and planning sessions
Work
10-25+ hours per week

COMPENSATION & EQUITY
Let's be upfront: this is
not a salaried position (yet)

Here's what's on offer:
3% - 5% initial ownership
, based on your involvement and impact
Up to 10% - 20% equity
if you help the company reach team-wide growth targets
Commissions on all sales achieved
by you and your team.

THE IDEAL CSO CANDIDATE
You're ambitious, adaptable, and not afraid to take risks. You're experienced but still hungry. You bring:
5+ years
in sales leadership roles (startup, SaaS, outsourcing or recruitment experience is a huge plus)
A strong background in
closing deals
, building pipelines, and scaling sales processes
A
builder's mindset
- you're hands-on and love creating systems that scale
Strategic thinking, but a willingness to jump into the trenches when needed
A collaborative approach - you're ready to lead with a team, not above it
High comfort with
outbound sales
(calls, cold outreach, follow-ups - you get it done)
A willingness to appear
on-camera
for campaigns, content, and brand visibility
A deep desire to own your time, your work, and your future
