Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions that align with our organisational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, and information security, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and ensuring the integrity and security of our systems.

Duties

Develop and execute the technology strategy to support business objectives. Oversee system administration, server management, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Lead application development initiatives, including software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Ensure compliance with NIST standards and implement best practices in information security and network security. Manage cloud services using AWS and Azure, including disaster recovery planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum for project management. Utilise tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and SharePoint for effective project tracking and collaboration. Provide technical support across various platforms including Windows, Linux, and virtualisation technologies like VMware. Implement network engineering solutions using Cisco routers, VoIP systems, and firewall configurations. Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in IT operations and service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 80,000.00-120,000.00 per year
