We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the developmental and emotional needs of children in a nurturing environment. Duties
Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety and engagement
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices
Foster positive behavior through effective behavior management strategies
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom or care environment
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and well-being
Support children with special needs or disabilities as required
Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies
Collaborate with other caregivers and educators to create an inclusive learning atmosphere
Document observations related to children's development and behavior for ongoing assessment
Experience
Prior experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, or nannying preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or children with disabilities is advantageous
Classroom experience including classroom management and behavior management techniques
Familiarity with caregiving roles such as babysitting or caregiving for children with special needs
Certification in first aid is highly desirable; ongoing training in childhood development or special education is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
