Job Description
RMI is seeking dynamic health care professionals to join our team. We have ad hoc opportunities for virtual consultations.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy and developing treatment plans for children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following
:Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to support children and adolescents with various mental health concerns
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development activities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or related field)
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Membership of appropriate professional bodies inline with NHS Talking Therapies Guidelines
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Demonstrate Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
Knowledge of evidence-based practices for child and adolescent mental health
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other patient record management systems
