We Care Bespoke are looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team.

As an Agency Support Worker you must:

Be over the age of 18 to apply (essential)

Have the right to work in the UK

(essential) Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired) Have 12 months prior experience in a UK healthcare setting (essential) Have experience working with Children and Young People Have a level 3 in Children and young people

Experience

Previous experience working with children is preferable Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication is advantageous. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties. An understanding of care plans and the ability to adapt them as needed is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Supervising experience is essential for guiding clients towards independence. Mentoring skills are highly valued for supporting client development and confidence-building. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail in all aspects of care delivery. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of clients and willingness to work varied hours as required.
