Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship at Charlie Bears Childcare at their Cheltenham setting


Charlie Bears Childcare is in the heart of Charlton Kings offering childcare to children aged birth to 3 years. Here at Charlie Bears, we provide space where babies and toddlers are able to explore freely and confidently. In the first years of a child's life, the prime areas are, physical, communication and language and Personal social and emotional. Through high quality interactions, trusting relationships, enabling environments and consistent approaches to the individual child

Roles and Responsibilities;

Assist in creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for young children. Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development. Supervise children during play, meal, and rest times, always ensuring their well-being. Work alongside staff to support children's social, emotional, and physical needs. Help maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic setting following health and safety guidelines. Observe and record children's progress, reporting to supervisors as required. Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents, fostering positive relationships.

Requirements;

You must be able to gain a clear DBS GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent are desired

Hours;

Charlie Bears Childcare are open from 08.00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week, with shift patterns to be discussed
