Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - The Little Blue Door Chichester




Shoots Training are currently recruiting for a passionate, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join The Little Blue Door Nursery as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice at their Chichester setting to work in their baby room.


The Little Blue Door have spaces for 60 children, with 3 separate areas for 0 -1 year, 1 year - 2 year, and 2 years - 3 years

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated practitioner who has experience of working with babies

Main purpose of role:




To be a proactive member of a team who provides a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.


You will be responsible and will work to ensure their individual needs are met, they are safe, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.


To be successful, you will have a natural affinity with babies, be warm, engaging and enthusiastic to make them feel at home. You will also have good communication skills, be reliable, self-motivated and professional. You will ideally have a good understanding of the very best of Early Year's principles and how to successfully and creatively apply them to provide the very best standard of care. Comprehensive on the job training and support for development is provided.


Hours;




The Little Blue Door is open between the hours of 07:30-18:00 Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work 45 hours per week and be flexible with working shift patterns.

Requirements;




A Level 2 childcare qualification is required A good level of experience of working with babies is essential You must be able to gain a clear DBS. GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
