Childcare Apprenticeship - Level 3 - Kids2Day Preschool - Term Time Only

Shoots Training are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Kids2day Preschool as a Level 3 Apprentice.


The preschool is located within a soft play setting. We are a small setting, situated within the indoor play area.


We offer early years education for children aged 2-5 years old and help them to reach their full potential ready for school and we have 2 free flowing rooms set up to enable to children to develop within all areas of learning as well as an outdoor area and daily access to the indoor play area!

Your Duties and Responsibilities will include;

Assist with setting up the preschool on a Monday and packing away on a Friday. Planning and implementing activities Be an advocate for Safeguarding. Have a key group of 2 -3 children. Creating relationships with the children in your care. Will use your experience to develop the children's skills. Assist with all aspects of personal care and assist with self-care tasks. Close knit preschool where your ideas will be used to shape the future of the preschool, you will each play a part in all decisions. Taking children on outings Liaising with parents and keeping them updated on their child's progress.

Requirements;

Level 2 Childcare Qualification is required To have GCSE Grades A-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills

Hours;

Working hours will be full time with shifts between 8.00am and 17.30pm Monday to Friday You will work a minimum of 40 hour per week with shift patterns to be discussed
