Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - Cut and Paste Childcare

Shoots Training are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship with Cut and Past Childcare at their Hereford setting.

Our facilities and focused learning journeys enable us to develop and nurture children with any special educational needs, vulnerabilities or disabilities. We have strong and established relationships with external agencies that allow us to react quickly to ensure early intervention and rapid progress where necessary.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children. Planning and delivering engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observing and assessing children's development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met. Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development. Working collaboratively with your colleagues in a team-oriented environment. Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices. Use initiative and eagerness to learn Commitment to complete apprenticeship

Hours;

This nursery is open from 08.30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday This is a term time only position The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, and shift patterns will be discussed

Requirements;

A Level 2 childcare qualification is desirable or experience and a good understanding of childcare Paediatric First Aid is desirable You must be able to gain a clear DBS Have GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent is desirable
