Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - Maybury Montessori

Shoots Training are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Maybury Montessori as a Level 3 Apprentice to work in our room with our children who are over 2 years old.


Maybury Montessori is designed to feel as much like home as possible for our children aged 6 months to 4 years. Our teachers are a dedicated team who are passionate about what they do, their main aim being to give each child confidence and a love of learning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in creating a safe nurturing environment for children. Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate and inclusive. Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians and sharing information about children's development and well-being. Observe and assess children's development, documenting observations and contributing to individual learning plans. Support children's personal care needs. Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming setting Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver engaging learning activities both indoors and outdoors. Attending staff meetings Follow Montessori ethos

Requirements;

Level 2 Childcare Qualification is essential Experience of working with children who are over 2 years old You must be able to obtain a clear DBS You ideally will have GCSE Grades A-C in English and; Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills.

Hours;

You will be required to work 30 hours per week over 3 days
