Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available between 8.00am-6.00pm

About Us
We are a warm, supportive and child-centred kindergarten and wraparound care setting, providing high-quality early years education and out-of-school care for children aged 2 years 9 months to 11 years. We are now seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified childcare professionals to join our growing team.
Positions Available
Room Supervisor - overseeing the day-to-day running of the room, leading staff, and ensuring high standards of care and learning.
Childcare Practitioners - supporting the room leader in providing engaging activities, nurturing care, and a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
Room Supervisor
Lead and support a team of childcare staff in delivering high-quality care and education.
Ensure the smooth daily running of the room, including planning, observations, and record-keeping.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
Work closely with parents and carers, building positive relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and setting policies at all times.
Childcare Practitioner
Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
Contribute to planning and implementing engaging activities that meet individual needs.
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the setting.
Essential Criteria
Level 3 CCLD (Children's Care, Learning and Development) or equivalent qualification.
A genuine passion for working with children aged 2 years 9 months to 11 years.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable Criteria
Paediatric First Aid qualification.
Safeguarding training.
Previous experience in an early years or out-of-school care setting.
Level 5 CCLD or Early Years Degree
