Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the skills necessary to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children, facilitating play and learning activities, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions. Drive to various locations as required for outings or activities. Provide leadership by guiding children in social interactions and conflict resolution. Maintain a clean and safe environment in the nursery or childcare setting. Document children's progress and communicate any concerns regarding their development or behaviour.

Experience

Any Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable. A background in early childhood education is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with children and parents. Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the safety and happiness of all children in your care. Experience in nursery settings is beneficial, showcasing your capability to foster a nurturing atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.80-38.40 per hour
