Childcare Lawyer
3 Month Contract (with potential to extend)
Rate: xc2xa350-xc2xa355 per hour
Location: South East
Working: Remote (aside from collection of IT equipment on the first day)
About the role:
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a locum Childcare Lawyer to join a large County Council based in the South East of England. The role is contracted at 3 months with the ability to extend.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out care and pre-proceedings cases- including non-accidental injury, fabricated or induced illness, sexual harm, and wardship
Advising at Legal Planning Meetings
Attending Advocates Meetings
Drafting relevant documents
Liaising with the Social Work team and partner agencies to ensure compliance
