Duties
Work alongside a team of childcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and education are met..
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their children's progress and wellbeing.
Supervise daily activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Skills
Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A proactive drive to create an enriching environment for children's growth and development.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
