Childcare Play Worker
Job Description
We are looking for staff for our After School Club.
We would like to recruit creative, fun individuals to join our existing team. The main duties will be to help plan and deliver fun, exciting activities for the primary school aged children that use our services.
Ideally candidates would have a relevant childcare qualification and/or have experience of working with children of school age, although this is not essential. Employment subject to a PVG check and 2 references. You will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting, and the cost of registration is met by the organisation.
Working hours:
After School Club - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 14.15 - 18.00 Thursday 13.15 - 18.00 Friday 11.30 - 18.00
Additional Breakfast Club hours may be available.
Staff are entitled to 6 weeks of holidays and these have to be taken in line with the City of Edinburgh school holiday periods (February, Easter, Summer, October, Christmas/New Year)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-14.07 per hour

Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
